“Ellen’s 12 Days Summertime Spectacular Local Contest”(“Contest”) sponsored by WAD Productions, Inc. (“Sponsor”), begins Monday, July 20, 2015 at 6:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 7, 2015 (the “Contest Period”).

One (1) entry per Contestant per day during the Contest Period.

CONTEST PRIZES:

The award of all prizes is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Four (4) Prizewinners will each receive:

Round trip coach travel for the Prizewinner and one (1) travel guest selected by that Prizewinner from a major U.S. airport nearest the Prizewinner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California departing and returning in November 2015 or December 2015 (specific dates to be determined by Sponsor). Travel guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age on date of departure or a child/ward of the Prizewinner who is at least fourteen (14) years of age on date of departure. Prizewinner and Prizewinner’s guest are solely responsible for securing transportation from their homes to the airport; Hotel accommodations for two (double occupancy room) at a hotel in Los Angeles selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion for three (3) days/two (2) nights; Roundtrip ground transportation from the hotel to the Show’s studio; and Two (2) tickets for the Prizewinner and the Prizewinner’s travel guest to attend the Show’s 2015 “12 Days of Giveaways” taping in November 2015 or December 2015.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Prize: $2,500.00 (ARV may vary depending on departure date and departure location).

Total ARV of all prizes: $10,000.00
