Hi,I love to watch good morning America and have sense Joan London. I help others and would be so blessed to have a new car.
Please I want to win that Norwegian Cruise before my husband closes his eyes, we cant afford it.That will be the best gift for him before he dies.I am a room attendant and he is just getting a disability pension and my salary and his is only good for paying are rent, bills and food.I hope God answers my prayer.I go to the library to go on line cause we don’t have computer only an old cell phone. Here is my email address ********yahoo.com please im begging give us a chance to rekindle our love by way of cruising and to make my husband happy, by the way im a Filipina.
I wrote before but I guess it didn’t go though. I would like to give the car to my son who has 2 children and one on the way. They can use a new car he drives a older car. They also have an older van so if they had at least one good car it would be good. The other person I was thinking about was my sister who’s car is not running she can’t afford to get it fixed. She has 3 kids and a foster child she has to drive around. So it would be nice if she had a car that runs. Thank you, Alice Chiappetta
By the time I got my member and password straightened out, here in New Mexico the time had expired by just minutes. I’ve never been more disappointed. I wanted to try to win a car for my husband. this was my letter:For the last 22 years my husband, Alfred Haberman has been the voice for those who are the most vulnerable and are in need of protection. He works long hours without being compensated nor does he expect to be. His primary goal is to protect the abused children of New Mexico. He is about to move into a position with the New Mexico Children, Youth & Families Department in another city four hours away from our home. He will be commuting back and forth on weekends so he can spend time with me.
I am a breast cancer survivor and during my chemotherapy and radiation treatments he was always there to support me and help me in any way he could. He never complained he continued to work and care for everyone he touched.
In the middle of all of this he has had several back surgeries and never complains. He had another back surgery about 18 months ago and almost died. He developed a Saddle Pulmonary Embolism and was in intensive care. The Cardiologist and Pulmonologist stated they had never seen anyone live through something as severe as this. The doctors told him he would be off work for 10 to 12 months, he returned in four.
Most important in all of this is he never asks anything for himself. He places the needs of everyone else in front of his own. He is using a car 15 years old. He just tells me everything will be okay.
I know there are so many deserving people. I am and always have been so proud of him. Anyone that knows my husband would be proud if you were to consider him as a finalist.
